LATE BREAKING abstracts will open later this week. Please check back on Friday, December 12 for submission.

February 9, 2009

• Deadline for Early Registration.  You may register online after this date, however your registration will be at the higher fee.

February 25, 2009

• Deadline to submit a late breaking abstract and $90 non-refundable abstract processing fee

• Deadline to withdraw or make changes to a submitted abstract.

March 10, 2009 at 12:00 AM EST

• Deadline for hotel reservations.

March 20, 2009

• Deadline to request a refund of advance registration.  A $35 non-refundable cancellation fee will be deducted.

April 18 - 22, 2009

• Attend Experimental Biology 2009 meeting in New Orleans, LA!

As soon as possible:

• Submit your abstract

• Register for the meeting. (For international attendees you can request your letter of invitation after you register and begin your visa process.)

• Make hotel reservation

• Make airline reservations

THE ABSTRACT FEE IS NOT YOUR REGISTRATION FEE AND NOT YOUR SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP FEE.

IN ADDITION TO SUBMITTING YOUR ABSTRACT, YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THE MEETING.

AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR ABSTRACT, YOU MUST SUBMIT A SEPARATE APPLICATION FOR SOCIETY AWARDS AND FOLLOW THE PROCESS REQUIRED BY THAT SOCIETY.
